Reaching Home Program in Victoria.
Building a future, starting with a home.
The Housing Access Team helps people who are homeless find and move into permanent housing.
Housing first.

The John Howard Society of Victoria follows the Housing First philosophy: get people into stable housing as quickly as possible, then address other needs from there. Our Housing Access Team works with people experiencing homelessness to assess their needs, identify housing options through the Centralized Access and Assessment Team, coordinate the move-in with landlords, and provide ongoing support afterward. The goal is permanent housing, not temporary placement.
