Voyager provides one-on-one employment support, training, and industry certifications for people with disabilities or diverse abilities.
One-on-one, not one-size-fits-all.
The Voyager program is a 1:1 employment service. Instead of a structured classroom program, you work directly with staff at your own pace. The program provides industry-specific certifications in fields where there’s actual demand: customer service, hospitality, construction, and horticulture. You also get help with resume writing, cover letters, interview skills, and communication. Voyager includes supported work experience and ongoing mentorship that continues after you’re hired. Staff stay in contact to help you work through challenges on the job, whether that’s navigating workplace dynamics, requesting accommodations, or managing responsibilities outside of work that affect your employment.
The Program

Voyager
One-on-one support and mentorship.
Industry certifications (Customer Service & Computer Basics, Hospitality, Construction, Horticulture).

Eligibility
Voyager is open to:
Individuals 17 years of age or older.
Diagnosed or self-identify as a person with diverse abilities (includes physical disabilities, anxiety, autism spectrum, ADHD, FASD, hearing impairment, etc.).
Ready and willing to find and keep employment.
Living in British Columbia.
Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Person legally entitled to work in Canada.
