Our Goal
The primary objective and focus will be to move cients through the housing continuum and to more suitable permanent housing options. It addresses the acute needs of those people experiencing homelessness. Using the Housing First Philosophy, our Housing Access Team (HAT) work to build a strong relationship with each client to determine individual housing needs.
A needs analysis is completed for each client followed by a discussion with Community Partners and the Centralized Access and Assessment Team (CAA) to identify possible housing placements.
The Housing Access Team organize and coordinate the move-in with both client and landlords and provide ongoing support and mediation.
